Exomind™ TMS Therapy

Exomind™ Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) is a non-invasive, FDA-cleared treatment that has demonstrated clinical effectiveness in multiple trials for Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)—particularly in patients who have not achieved adequate relief from medications or other traditional treatments.

TMS may also be an effective option for individuals who:

  • Have experienced partial or no response to antidepressant medications
  • Prefer to avoid psychiatric medications
  • Have a history of adverse medication side effects

For patients currently taking antidepressants with partial benefit, TMS can be used in combination with medication with the goal of achieving symptom remission.

Benefits of Exomind TMS Treatment:

  • Clinically proven treatment for treatment-resistant depression
  • Non-invasive and medication-free
  • No anesthesia or sedation required
  • Well tolerated with minimal side effects
  • Patients can resume normal daily activities immediately
  • May also provide symptom relief for depression with anxiety using alternative, off-label protocols

How Does TMS Work?

Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) uses focused electromagnetic pulses—similar to those used in MRI technology—to stimulate specific regions of the brain involved in mood regulation, emotional control, and cognitive function.

These magnetic pulses activate under-functioning neural circuits associated with depression. The goal of TMS therapy is to restore healthy communication between brain networks, helping patients better regulate their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors—leading to a reduction in depressive symptoms over time.

What to Expect After a TMS Session?

There is no downtime after a TMS treatment session. Patients can return to work, drive themselves home, and resume normal activities immediately.

  • No anesthesia required
  • Most patients experience little to no side effects
  • Some individuals may report mild fatigue or headaches, which are typically temporary
